The SSD suite will involve removing existing finishes and building interior partitions to the bottom of the second floor deck to create four offices and a conference room. New rooms will receive finishes and electrical work, with minor mechanical and fire protection work required. The CCE suite will convert a conference room into two offices and a zoom room, including new partitions, finishes, and minor mechanical, electrical, and fire protection work. The contract is specifically for the Plumbing/Fire Protection work. Prospective bidders must purchase a bid set from the designated website, nyplanroom.com, to be considered. All addenda and official notifications will be distributed through the designated website, and neither the Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for documents obtained from other sources.
