The City Clerk of the City of Wyoming will receive bids for Wastewater Treatment Plant Primary Clarifier Improvements. Specifications and the bid proposal form are available online and in the City of Wyoming's Purchasing Office. All proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes and plainly marked 'BID FOR Wastewater Treatment Plant Primary Clarifier Improvements.' The City Council reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids or to waive formalities and to award the bid in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
