Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to perform renovations to two suites in the University Union, one for Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) and one for the Center of Civic Engagement (CCE). For SSD, the work involves removing existing finishes and building interior partitions to the bottom of the second floor deck to create four offices and a conference room. The new rooms will receive finishes and electrical work, with minor mechanical and fire protection work required. For CCE, the work includes converting a conference room into two offices and a zoom room, involving new partitions and finishes, as well as minor mechanical, electrical, and fire protection work. This contract is specifically for the Electrical work.
