The project consists of five separate contracts for the Park Terrace Area Sewer Rehabilitation, including Base bid, Alternate 1, and Alternate 2. The work includes televising and recording of the sanitary sewer, installing cure in-place liner, opening active laterals, removing cuttings/debris, a final televising and recording of the lined sanitary sewer, and sealing/grouting manholes as specified in the contract documents. Approximately 10,880 linear feet of sanitary sewer are to be lined and forty-seven manholes are in need of repair, with individual contracts covering between 3,280 and 4,150 linear feet of sewer and twelve to nineteen manholes each. Alternate 3 involves sealing and grouting a total of twenty-seven manholes, and Alternate 4 includes televising and recording 830 linear feet of sanitary sewer. Instructions to bidders: - Bid documents are available electronically and in paper format for a fee from the designated distributor via a web portal. - Bids must be submitted on furnished forms and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond per the amounts and terms described in the Instructions to Bidders. - The Owner may waive informalities in bids at its discretion but is not obligated to do so and will not waive any that provide an advantage to any bidder over others. - No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five days after the bid opening unless claiming an error as described in the Instructions to Bidders. - All bids must comply with the bidding requirements specified in the Instructions to Bidders. - Bidders must comply with employment conditions and minimum wage rates as required by law, including providing a Certificate of Registration. - For further details on submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents.
