Sealed bids are being solicited for project number WO457025, titled Security Fencing at Gannett Building. All work for this contract must be completed within 90 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidding and contract documents may be examined free of charge at specified locations and can be viewed or purchased through the designated website, nyplanroom.com. All prospective bidders must purchase a bid set from nyplanroom.com to be considered a responsible bidder, even if documents were viewed elsewhere. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions in the Information for Bidders. A security deposit of not less than five percent of the total bid is required for each bid.
