Transite Duct (if any) shall not be disturbed in any manner, this is known ACM. 5. Duct cap shall be minimum 24ga. Galvanized material. 6. Inspections must be made by OPWDD staff prior to concealing any part(s) of this project. 7. Contractor shall warrantee work for a period of one year from date of payment for job. Warrantee shall be for parts and labor. 8. Work shall conform to all applicable codes, be done according to manufacturer's instructions, and follow industry best practices. Work must be completed within 60 days of receiving the purchase order.
