The objective is to provide staff with a safe and improved functional space. Phase 1 includes remodeling approximately 3,000 square feet of the 9,800 square foot building; the remaining 6,800 square feet will be a future phase. Phase 1 will provide offices, breakroom, conference room, restrooms, locker room and IT room to support the operations of various divisions of the Menifee Police Department. Phase 1 remodel also includes site improvements including ADA accessibility and trash enclosure improvements. The Contractor agrees to do all the Work and furnish all the labor, services, materials and equipment necessary to construct and complete the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents, including all work, labor, services, materials and equipment described and reasonably inferable from documents thereof. Bids must be submitted electronically via the City of Menifee's PlanetBids bidding portal by the deadline. A hard copy of the entire bid package, including all original notarized documents, must be received within 24 hours of the submittal deadline to be considered responsive.
