PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Menifee hereinafter referred to as the Agency, invites sealed bids for the above stated Project up to time of 2 p.m., on January 20, 2026. DESCRIPTION OF WORK The work generally consists of the construction of two pre-engineered buildings at Audie Murphy Ranch Sports Park. The first building is a permanent ticket booth. The second building will be a permanent Park Ranger Station. The scope includes the construction of pre-engineered building, sewer, water, and electrical onsite utilities as specified in the plans and specifications. LOCATION OF WORK The work to be constructed is located at Audie Murphy Ranch Sports Park, 30376 Lone Pine Drive. Menifee, CA 92584. The pre-engineered building material supplied by Romtec, Inc. is currently located at a City owned lot located at 238349 Bradley Road, Menifee, CA 92586. Contractor will be responsible for transporting material to job site located at 30376 Lone Pine Drive, Menifee, CA 92584. Cost of transportation shall be included in the lump sum bid. PROJECT TIMELINE This project is date specific, and the construction schedule shall be strictly adhered to. The Contractor shall begin work on or before the date noted in the project construction time schedule shown below and in the General Provisions. Construction WORK HOURS will be limited between 7:00AM and 5:00PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday unless approved by City Engineer. BID SUBMITAL REQUIREMENTS Bids must be submitted electronically via the City of Menifee’s PlanetBids bidding portal at: https://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=41576 no later than 2:00 p.m., on January 20, 2026. Electronic Bid submittal must include all corresponding attachments, including but not limited to, bid bond, subcontractor list, etc. A hard copy of the entire bid package including all original notarized documents must be received within 72 hours of the submittal deadline to be consider responsive to this NIB. If using Federal Express or other such service for bid submittal, the contents of the submittal must be noted on the outside of that envelope as stated above. Bids shall be written clearly and legibly in ink in conformance with the Instruction to Bidders. All bids shall be submitted to the Agency’s front desk in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with "SEALED BID FOR CIP No. CIP 22- 27, AMR SKATE PARK IMPROVEMENT - DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL."
