The work to be done is described in these Bid and Contract Documents for the above stated Project. The general Scope of Work is as follows: DESCRIPTION OF WORK The work consists of roof preparation and cleaning, the reinforcement of roof penetrations as needed, and the application of a commercial grade Silicone Roof Coating to a 7,500 square foot roof space and walls, located at the Kay Ceniceros Senior Center. The selected silicone coating must include a 20-year protection and NDL warranty. Construction WORK HOURS will be limited between 7:00AM and 5:00PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday unless approved by Project Manager; however, due to facility daily operations, weekend work to be discussed during prebid and scheduled site visits. LOCATION OF WORK The work to be constructed is located at the Kay Ceniceros Senior Center, 29995 Evans Road, Menifee, CA 92586. PROJECT TIMELINE This project is date specific, and the construction schedule shall be strictly adhered to. The Contractor shall begin work on or before the date noted in the project construction time schedule shown below and in the General Provisions. Construction WORK HOURS will be limited between 7:00AM and 5:00PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday unless approved by City Engineer.
