The work consists of resurfacing the existing roadway using a combination of chip seal and slurry seal treatments, upgrading existing curb ramps to meet current ADA standards, and restriping the roadway to match existing lane configurations. The work is to be conducted within three locations in the City of Menifee, specifically: Location #1: west of the 215 Freeway and north of McCall Blvd (Foxfire St, Flagler St, Fan Ln). Location #2: east of the 215 Freeway and south of McLaughlin Rd (Alta Ave, White Ct, Celtic Cir, Tran Ct, Paige Cir, Lavender St, Soprano St, Matrix Dr, Myles Ct, Patridge Ct, Rockabilly Rd, Sunshine Ln, Trenas Ln, Vanilla Ct, Rainbow Ln). Location #3: west of the 215 Freeway and south of Newport Rd (Rim Creek Path, Hanford St, San Rafael St, Madera Ct, Red Bluff Ct, Lakeport St, Merced St, Napa St, Menifee Grv, Mountain Glen Dr, Silver Hawk Dr, Hunter Ridge Dr, Pine Creek Dr, Wyndham Ct, Wildflower St, Sierra Vista Dr, Mirabella Ct). Bids must be submitted electronically via the City's PlanetBids bidding portal, including all required attachments such as bid bond and subcontractor list. A hard copy of the entire bid package, including all original notarized documents, must be received within 24 hours of the submittal deadline to be considered responsive. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as instructed. Bids shall be written clearly and legibly in link and conform to the instructions to bidders.
