Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Clovis, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,500-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
Furnishing all labor, materials, services and equipment, and performing all work necessary as specified for, but not be limited to, tenant improvements on the Clovis Senior Activity Center Tenant Improvement. The work consists of the following: 1. Proposed tenant improvement on the existing vacant tenant space of 4,500 sq. ft. 2. The Work consists of selective demolition of existing conditions and the expansion of restrooms, storage, office, classrooms, and corridors. The construction plans attached for bidding purposes are marked NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION by the City of Clovis Building Department. Once a contractor is selected, the building permit will be processed and a clean set will be issued for construction. Question Deadline 03/04/2026 at 2:00 PM PT Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or doubt as to meanings shall be referred immediately to the Owner who will send written instructions clarifying such questions to each bidder.
