Renovation of a mixed-use development in Meridian, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and office development.
Project Description: This project includes the renovation of an existing school campus into a new office complex for the Meridian Public School District. This project includes converting an existing cafeteria into a new boardroom and executive session office. That will require demo of existing building and construction of new restrooms for the boardroom and routing new plumbing through an existing slab. The project also includes paint several rooms throughout the campus, new flooring in several locations of the campus, and updating some sidewalks for better ADA access to the boardroom. One building will require complete removal and replacement of a new TPO roofing system. The project also requires historic restoration to existing steel windows on the cafeteria as well as pressure washing the cafeteria and sidewalk around the cafeteria.
