The work generally includes approximately 53,096 square feet of asphalt milling, 730 tons of asphalt (PG 58-34), 120 square feet of full depth repair, 24 lineal feet of crack repair with milling, 24 adjustments of manhole or gate valves, 55 lineal feet of curb and gutter, 2,860 lineal feet of shouldering, and pavement striping. Each bidder must file with their bid a cashier's check or bid bond in accordance with the instructions. The selected contractor must provide a performance, payment, and warranty bond guaranteeing faithful performance. No bids may be withdrawn within 60 days after the opening. A mandatory prebid conference attendance is required for consideration; bids from non-attendees will be returned unopened.
