Site work and paving for a road / highway in Edwards, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a 47,600-square-foot road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work to be performed includes approximately 47,600 square feet of asphalt milling, 1,680 tons of asphalt (PG 58-34), 72 lineal feet of crack repair with milling, 238 lineal feet of Petrotac fabric after milling, 28 adjustments of manhole or gate valves, 634 lineal feet of curb and gutter, 423 lineal feet of concrete pan, and pavement striping. Electronic PDF bids must be submitted to the specified email address before 2:00 P.M. local time on the indicated date. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities. Bidders must include a cashier's check or Bid Bond with their Bid per the Instructions to Bidders. The awarded Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance, Payment and Warranty Bond. No Bids may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after Bids are opened. Bidders must attend the mandatory Prebid Conference to have their bids considered; non-attendees' bids will be returned unopened. Question Deadline 03/08/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
