Renovation of an educational facility in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Sealed bids are requested for a single Prime Construction Contract covering an interior HVAC renovation at Northwood Technical College, New Richmond Campus. Bids must be submitted electronically with the campus location clearly indicated in the subject line. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis, and segregated sub-bids will not be accepted. All work is to be completed in one phase as shown in the contract documents. Bidders are required to attend a pre-bid conference at the project site to review conditions and address questions. Any interpretation requests or substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the Architect seven calendar days prior to bid receipt. Clarifications or modifications will be issued via Addendum five days before bids are due. Bids must include bid security of 10% of the maximum bid amount in the specified forms. The successful bidder will also be required to provide surety Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the Contract Sum. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids or waive informalities as permitted by law, awarding the contract in the best interest of the Owner, considering lowest price and quality of service.
