Preliminary and final plat applications have also been submitted by Cedar Corporation, on behalf of AEM Construction, for an addition to the Evergreen Valley II Planned Unit Development, to be known as Evergreen Valley IV. The proposal includes a total of 48 lots, consisting of eight townhome buildings with six units each. The proposed development is located at the southeast corner of County Road A and West Richmond Way.
