Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Everson, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of March 20, 2026, the project was awarded to Premium Services but the awarded amount is not available.** Prospective Bidders desiring an explanation or interpretation of the Bid Documents, shall request the explanation or interpretation in writing by close of business 5 business days preceding the bid opening to allow a written reply to reach all prospective Bidders before the submission of their Bids. PROJECT LOCATED IN SECTION 30 & 31, TOWNSHIP 40, RANGE 04 W.M The improvements consist of reconstructing approximately 400 linear feet of existing roadway along South Harkness Street. Work will include roadway, sanitary sewer, drainage improvements, watermain installation and various other items of Work. The existing South Harkness Street is an aging two lane roadway with aging pedestrian facilities, limited existing storm sewer system, and an aging watermain. The project will reconstruct the road to the approximate existing width, and provide new curb & gutter, and ADA compliant sidewalks. Questions will be received and answered in accordance with Section 1-02.4(1) of the Special Provisions. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. All bidders and subcontractors shall have a contractor's license to work in the State of Washington and a City of Everson Business License. Engineers Estimate: $750,000-$850,000 The City of Everson reserves the right to accept a proposal of the bidder submitting the lowest responsible bid, to reject any or all bids, republish the call for bids, revise or cancel the work to be performed, or do the work otherwise, if the best interest of the City is served thereby. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
