Demolition and renovation of an industrial development in East Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 26,500-square-foot industrial development.
Onondaga County is renovating 26,500 SF of auction storage space at the North Area Maintenance Facility (NAMF) Sheriff's Evidence Storage. The work includes demolition, construction, mechanical, electrical, telecommunication, plumbing, sprinkler, and general cleaning. The General Contractor must coordinate work with Owner's Trades, Other Prime Contractors, and other contractors hired by the Owner. All bidders are requested to register to ensure receipt of addenda. Bids must include a Certificate of Registration with the NYS Department of Labor for both contractors and subcontractors. This project is subject to NYS prevailing wage and requires the following submittals: MWBE Utilization plan, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Policy Statement, Workforce Employment Utilization Report, Apprenticeship Program, and utilization goals of 18% for MBE and 12% for WBE. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security Deposit of 5% of the total bid amount, in the form of a bid bond or certified/bank check made payable to The County of Onondaga. The Owner reserves the right to waive any bid informalities or reject any or all bids.
