Provide janitorial services at Grandfather Ranger District Recreation Facilities in the East, West, and Linville Zones as described in the attachments, including cleaning of restroom facilities and the removal and off-site disposal of trash. The anticipated award will be a firm fixed-price base plus four ordering-period Blanket Purchase Agreement. Offerors are not required to submit quotes for all three zones to remain eligible for a BPA award, and the Government may award one or multiple BPAs as a result of this solicitation. Questions shall be submitted via email to tobi.shumaker@usda.gov and are due no later than February 26, 2026, at 12:00 PM Pacific Time.
