Description

Renovation of a residential development in Morganton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 12,500-square-foot residential development.

For its weatherization assistance program servicing homes in Alexander, Burke, cabarrus, caldwell, catawba, gaston, mecklenburg, stanly, and union counties. Qualified/licensed plumbers, electricians, contractors, auditors, quality control inspectors, and hvac contractors are welcome to bid. Services provided by sub-contractors will include but not limited to; installing heating systems, furnishing and installing insulation, installing air sealing measures, performing minor electrical and plumbing repairs, repairing roofs, and assessing or inspecting homes for the weatherization assistance program. Minorities, women, Veterans, disabled owned businesses, and historically underutilized businesses (hubs) are encouraged to participate in the process.
