Completed plans call for the renovation of a 31,075-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

A. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Outdoor Athletic Venue Improvements: The work generally consists of renovating the existing sports track and field and its associated areas to ensure it is in compliance with the National Federation of State High School Associations Track and Field Cross Country Regulations (NFHS). Additional site-work items include perimeter fine grading, drainage renovations, bleacher seating, accessible parking and routing from existing parking lot to track surface, and a paved vehicle access path to the track surface. 2. Outdoor Lighting Improvements: The work generally consists of the removal of pole-mounted and building-mounted area lighting and the addition of pole-mounted and building-mounted area lighting. The work includes removal of foundations and providing new foundations and branch circuits for site lighting. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
