Sealed proposals are requested for various materials needed by Delmar Township, 2nd Class of Tioga County, PA. The materials must meet state specifications and include EPD 30,000 gallons; 400 tons of permanent pavement repair material; diesel fuel; 500 tons of bulk rock salt; calcium chloride by ton or pallet; 2,000 tons of black cinders; 4,000 tons of anti-skid; 10,000 tons of 2A FOB & stockpile; 1,000 tons of 2B stockpile; 100 tons of R3 stockpile & tailgate; 500 tons of R-6 & R-7 stockpile & tailgate; 4,000 tons of 1B limestone, road chips, washed tailgate & or stockpile; 500 tons of 1B limestone washed stockpile; 1,500 tons of 1B unwashed crushed/clean; and various sizes of pipe (crushed/clean, bell end, headwalls, and flares). Bids must be properly labeled as “SEALED BID” on the front of the packet. A certified check or bid bond amounting to 10% of the bid payable to Delmar Township must accompany the bid. Successful bidders are required to provide a performance bond. Delmar Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
