Construction of the SOF Mission Command Center at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, requiring all work necessary to deliver a complete facility in accordance with project specifications. The effort is issued on a full and open, unrestricted basis and includes the use of brand-name HVAC chillers in accordance with an approved justification and approval. All technical inquiries must be submitted through the ProjNet Bidder Inquiry System. The project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement, and offerors must comply with all requirements outlined in FAR 52.222-33 and 52.222-34. Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 is required, and offerors must have the necessary certification recorded in the Supplier Performance Risk System to be eligible for award. This acquisition is also designated as a rated order for national defense under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System with a DO-C2 rating.
