The Township of St. Clair is seeking to retain a qualified engineering consulting firm to provide professional engineering services related to bridges and culverts for a period of up to five years. The Consultant will be responsible for reviewing the results of OSIM inspections, developing a five year capital rehabilitation plan, and delivering detailed design, tenders, contract administration, and construction inspection services for approved bridge and culvert rehabilitation projects. The Township of St. Clair will be responsible for the procurement of the tenders through the online bidding system. The assignment is intended to support the Township’s ongoing asset management, capital planning, and delivery of bridge and culvert infrastructure in a safe, cost-effective, and timely manner.
