Site work and paving for a road / highway in Genesee Depot, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed bids are invited for furnishing all labor and material for the construction of the following approximate quantities: 100 SY Remove Concrete Driveway; 16,900 LF Reclaimed Asphalt Shoulders (2 FT Wide); 4,750 SY Mill Existing Pavement (2") and Remove Material; 24,150 SY Tack Coat; 2,370 TN HMA Pavement 5 LT 58-28 S; 1,740 TN Leveling (Wedge Layer); 112 TN Asphalt Surface for Drives and Approaches; and 7 LS Traffic Control. Bids must be submitted on the provided form and in accordance with the bidding requirements. Bid security of 5 percent of the bid is required. Bids must be securely sealed and endorsed on the wrapper as "BID FOR 2026 ROAD PROGRAM." Proof of Responsibility must be submitted. Contractors must comply with State of Wisconsin minimum wage requirements. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and award the contract in the best interests of the Town.
