Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting for the purpose of discussing the scope of work. Sealed bids are to be marked as "Sealed Bid – HVAC Cleaning" and submitted to the Jackson County Board of Education. The successful bidder must furnish satisfactory Performance, Labor and Material Payment Bonds in the amount of the contract price, provide written verification of Workers’ Compensation Coverage, Liability Insurance, Criminal Background checks on employees, and possess a license to do business in the State of West Virginia. The Jackson County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
