The work consists of supplying the major mechanical equipment to be included in the WWPS 11 Pre-Engineered Pump Station Procurement Project, Project No. 273, as more specifically described in the Bidding Schedule and the Technical Specifications. Sealed bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, properly marked, and delivered to Lake Arrowhead Community Services District by the specified deadline. Late bids will not be considered. Bidders are responsible for timely delivery and may withdraw or resubmit their bids prior to the closing time under specified conditions. Bids must be made on provided forms and include all required documents. Execution of the Bid Forms must comply with all applicable laws. By signing, bidders certify the truth and correctness of their submissions. Bid documents must be obtained directly from the District to be included in the list of prospective bidders. Submission of a Bid Form is considered evidence that the bidder has reviewed all documents. If awarded, the supplier will be subject to the Purchase Order Contract. Award is to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder from the Base Bid. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive irregularities. Bids remain valid for 90 days. Submission constitutes a firm offer. Equipment must be delivered to the specified District address. Damages for late completion may be assessed at $1,000.00 per calendar day.
