Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Roseville, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The work includes the demolition of the existing wading pool and playground site and the construction of a parking lot, site furnishings, play areas, and landscaping for the park, including associated earthwork. Playground and splashpad equipment and surfacing will be provided and installed by Flagship Recreation, and coordination with them is required. Together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. All bidders must submit a milestone construction schedule, including anticipated Substantial Completion date on or before October 1, 2026. Bids will only be accepted electronically from Contractors who are listed as planholders on the City’s Connex site. A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of Roseville, shall accompany each bid. This can be submitted either electronically with your bid through BidVAULT or submitted via paper copy at or before the time of the bid opening. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and the right to award the contract in the best interests of the City.
