Bidders must attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and are required to stay for the duration. All questions concerning this project shall be requested through the project website and must be submitted not less than five days prior to the bid opening. Bidders shall submit only one question submittal including all questions. Each bid must conform and be responsive to the contract documents. The projects and services depend on partial funding from the E-Rate program. Contractors must be familiar with any rules or regulations regarding the E-Rate program. Contracts will be contingent upon specific funding by the SLD at the percentage rate submitted. The Contractor will be responsible to bill the government (USAC) for the balance. No billing or work shall start before April 1, 2026. On the day of the bid, the Contractor shall supply their Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and certify it is current. The project is anticipated to have a duration of 120 days and not to exceed August 2027. Liquidated damages of $500.00 per day apply for late completion. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or waive irregularities. Each bid package will be awarded separately and independently. The OWNER may choose to award to one or more contractors. The prevailing rate of per diem wages applies for each craft or type of worker needed to execute this contract.
