Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Warrenton, Oregon. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
The work includes the demolition and re-construction of the existing tennis courts located at 170 SW 3rd Street in Warrenton, Oregon. The contractor is responsible for mobilization, general conditions, insurance and bonds, erosion and sedimentation controls, removal and re-installation of the east side chain link fence, layout as directed by the owner, saw cutting, removal and disposal of existing tennis court net foundations (concrete), pulverizing the existing asphalt surface in place, general excavation and disposal of deleterious soils, importing and grading 3 inches (compacted thickness) of ODOT Spec crushed rock, compaction prior to asphalt paving, installation of four net post bases (in concrete) with owner-supplied bases, asphalt paving 3 inches thick including tacking of edges, paint striping for new court layouts (2 courts), and final clean-up and de-mobilization. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM on February 26, 2026.
