Renovation of a detention facility in Oregon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
In general, the work consists of: replacement of two gas and oil-fired steam boilers with two new 8,625 lb/hr gas and oil-fired boilers. The existing heating plant floor, foundation, and exterior walls have been damaged from the weight of the existing water softener and RO systems. Work as part of this project includes repair of the floor slab as well as foundation and exterior wall. Interior upgrades include upgrading existing lighting with new LED light fixtures.
