Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Carson City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of April 6, 2025 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work consists of the rehabilitation of the existing sanitary sewer lift station, including removal and replacement of existing pumping equipment, valves, piping, electrical components, and installation of new control systems and telemetry as shown on the plans and specified. Work includes installation of a new sewer bypass with all associated below-grade piping modifications, connections, and appurtenances. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and coordination required for demolition, installation, testing, startup, and commissioning of the new equipment and controls. The work shall also include excavation, backfill, structure modifications as required, surface restoration, and full site restoration to pre-construction conditions or better. Bid responses and attachments must be uploaded to SIGMA VSS. Contractors should submit a maximum of two attachments: one for bid documents and, if applicable, one for Qualified Disabled Veteran (QDV) information.
