Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Carson City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work includes HMA cold milling and resurfacing of approximately 4600 feet of existing pavement, as well as miscellaneous sidewalk and curb and gutter improvements. Bidders are required to obtain Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. Partial sets of Bidding Documents are not available, and bids will be accepted only from Plan Holders of Record who have obtained Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents will be emailed in PDF format at no charge. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. The City of Carson City reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Carson City. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered Plan Holders.
