Sealed proposals are invited for the Well 7, 16, 21 Cleaning and Repairs project. Bidders must obtain plans and proposals from the City Engineer's office at a cost of fifty dollars per copy, with no refunds. Bids must be submitted on the provided printed forms, include the full names of all interested parties, and be accompanied by a bond or certified check for five percent of the total bid amount as a guarantee. The successful bidder will be required to post a Performance, Payment, and Maintenance bond for the full amount of the bid. Only bids from parties that have obtained official sets of drawings and specifications will be accepted. The project is subject to Local Bid Preference and Domestic Steel Use Requirements. The Director of Public Service reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in proposals.
