Sealed bids are requested for the Graham Road Traffic Signal Improvement Project in the City of Stow, Ohio. The work must follow the specifications available in the Public Service Department. Bidders are required to use the provided forms and a USB flash drive. Each proposal must include the full name of all parties, a bid guaranty and contract bond per Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54, evidence of experience on similarly sized and complex projects, and a list of all subcontractors. Compliance with prevailing wage laws and all Equal Employment Opportunity regulations is mandatory. The Small Business Enterprise goal is 6%. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are permitted to submit bids, with pre-qualification required at bidding, award, and throughout the contract. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities or irregularities, and accept any bid in whole or in part deemed most favorable to the City at the time and under stipulated conditions.
