Sealed proposals are requested for the lead service line replacement project. Bidders must use the printed forms provided, as no others will be accepted. Each proposal must state the full name of all parties involved and be accompanied by a bond or certified check amounting to five percent (5%) of the total bid as a guarantee for entering into a contract if selected. Bids will only be accepted from those who have obtained a recorded bid set of drawings and specifications. The successful bidder is required to submit a Performance, Payment, and Maintenance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid.
