Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Corte Madera, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
The work consists of roadway resurfacing and targeted pedestrian and bicycle improvements in the Madera Gardens neighborhood. It includes demolition, traffic and pedestrian control, clearing and grubbing, asphalt grinding, hot mix asphalt resurfacing, asphalt digouts, micro-surfacing, ADA-compliant curb ramps, sidewalk, driveway, curb and gutter, tree removal, a traffic circle, concrete bulbouts, painted bulbouts, new storm drain structures, rectangular rapid flashing beacons, new signage and pavement markings, and other related work. Bidders must possess a valid Class "A" License at the time the contract is awarded. Prospective bidders must download Plans, Specifications, and Bid Forms a minimum of 72 hours prior to bid, and check the project webpage within 48 hours prior to bid for any addenda. Any bid addenda will be posted at least 72 hours prior to bid. Interested parties should request to be added to the project's prospective bidder list. Question Deadline 03/03/2026 If a bidder has any problems in understanding or accepting any of the terms and/or conditions specified in the bid documents, said bidder must contact Public Works at (415) 927-5057 at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled bid opening.
