Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade Contract 2 - Structural/ Mechanical Contract 3 - Electrical Contract 4 - HVAC Contract Nos. 2, 3, and 4 consist of work to construct a new influent triplex pumping station, new packaged wastewater treatment plant, new tertiary building with copper filters and UV disinfection, new blowers, new 100,000 gallon surge tank, new surge pumping station, new surge support building, new chemical feed system, new metering chamber, new post aeration tanks, new emergency generator, site grading and drainage improvements, piping, fittings, valves, manholes, electrical, instrumentation and controls, and HVAC work. Bids must be submitted online through the PennBid Program. A Bid Bond in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security.
