Site work for a civil project in Nanty Glo, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Repair joint/crack repairs to seven RCP levee pipes ranging from 15" to 24", cleaning and jetting of ten levee pipes and abandonment by grouting of one 18" RCP levee pipe. Bidders must submit a certified check, bank draft, U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent of the total bid. The successful bidder must provide Performance and Payment Bonds and a Highway Restoration Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent of the contract price. Pennsylvania Prevailing wage rates apply. Contractors and subcontractors must comply with the Public Works Employment Verifications Act, verifying employment eligibility through the e-verify program. Bidders must have completed similar projects and include a Qualifications Statement for the prime contractor and all subcontractors. Payment for contract documents is required and is non-refundable. Addenda will be issued only to those listed as having obtained contract documents. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities in the bidding process. Doc Notes: A $10.00 fee for postage and handling will be required for Contract Documents that are mailed to bidders. Question Deadline 03/12/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
