Renovation of an educational facility in Nanty Glo, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
1. Removal and disposal of exisitng asbestos plaster ceiling and associated components, 2. Installation of a new cold-formed metal framing system for support of new decking, 3. Installation of a new deck (maintenance platform), 4. Installation of new accoustical tile ceiling system. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of Bidding Proposal, made in favor of "Blacklick Valley School District". Performance and Payment Bonds with good and sufficient surety will be required as noted in the Information for Bidders. No bid or any part thereof shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to opening of bids. Blacklick Valley School District reserves the right to waive irregularities or minor informalities in the bids and to reject any or all bids. IMPORTANT: Electronic Contract Documents are for viewing ONLY. No electronic document files are to be provided to contractors for bidding. ALL contractors interested in bidding the project MUST request bid documents directly from H.F. Lenz Company.**
