The project generally consists of a bridge replacement that involves demolishing an old stone arch bridge, salvaging its stone, installing a new precast concrete bridge (arch superstructure, footings, and wingwalls), constructing a stone veneer to the wingwalls, reconstructing the roadway, and constructing historical mitigation.
