Description

New construction of a fire / police facility in Mount Charleston, Nevada. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility.

COUNTY is soliciting proposals from firms who are qualified as a construction manager/general contractor for the performance of Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the Mt. Charleston Fire Station Replacement. The intent is to receive responses from qualified respondents for awards exempt from competitive solicitation under Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 332.115, Revised 2019. All questions and proposals shall be submitted electronically on the Clark County Bonfire Portal. Refer to the RFP package for instructions.
