Renovation of a municipal facility in Englewood, Colorado. Working plans call for the renovation of a 139,836-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility.

The City of Englewood is seeking general contractor services for the renovation of office space within the Englewood Civic Center. The Contractor will be responsible for performing renovations according to the architectural, mechanical, and electrical buildouts as shown in the project drawings and specifications. The Contractor must also coordinate with a separate furniture vendor for furniture installation. Scope of Services The scope of work includes architectural, mechanical, and electrical work. Network cabling shall be performed by the City’s preferred Contractor. Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical Drawings are provided and are stamped and signed by a professional / licensed architect and engineers of record. Architectural The project drawings and specifications include demolition, standard partitions 3 5/8” metal stud framing with one (1) layer 5/8” gypsum board on each side, paint, floor underlayment/topping, new vinyl flooring, carpet and new cove base. Plus lay in ceiling tile and grid, wood doors, hollow metal frames and glass sidelight all to be provided and installed by the general contractor. Mechanical One (1) existing VAV to remain, relocate one existing VAV and install one (1) new fan powered VAV box as shown in drawings and specifications. Install ductwork, diffusers and grilles as shown on Mechanical Plans. Electrical Receptacles to be demoed, located, and connected as shown on Electrical Plans. Occupancy sensors to be provided as required by current electrical building codes and as specified in the Electrical Plans. New and existing light fixtures are installed as shown on the plans. Network Cabling Questions will be accepted until March 4, 2026 @ 2:00pm. Once the question period expires, the addendum will be posted on the City’s online Strategic Sourcing platform.
