Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Forest, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The work to be performed consists, in general, of removing and replacing damaged sidewalk within three City parks. Tree root pruning will be required at locations where applicable. PG 64-10 Type III C3 1/2 " Fine for Finish Course PG 64-10 Type III B3 3/4" for Base Course All existing asphalt concrete pavement that is to be joined by new construction shall be sawcut in a straight line. The Contractor shall not disturb or damage existing improvements to be protected in place. Any damage done by the Contractor and/or its equipment shall be repaired or replaced as called out in section 007000 6.27 of the General Conditions at Contractor's expense. The Contractor shall call USA prior to excavation and shall "pothole" existing utilities that fall within the proposed pavement "dig-out" areas to determine their depth. Question Deadline 02/27/2026 at 2:00 PM PT Discrepancies in, and/or omissions from the Plans, Specifications or other Contract Documents or questions as to their meaning shall be immediately brought to the attention of City by submission of a written request for an interpretation or correction to City. Such submission, if any, must be sent via electronically. Any interpretation of the Contract Documents will be made only by written addenda duly issued and posted online.
