Sealed bids will be received for the Woodlynne Little League Concession Stand Improvements project in Woodlynne, Camden County, New Jersey. Bid forms, contracts, and specifications are available at the office of Bach Associates, PC. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided and enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and reference to the specific work. Bids are to be addressed to the Borough Clerk. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) but not exceeding $20,000 of the bid amount, along with a certificate letter from a surety company indicating it will provide a completion bond. The contract award is contingent upon the necessary funding being provided and the securing of any required State, Federal, or Local permits. Bidders must comply with affirmative action requirements, the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Public Works Contractor Registration Act, and Business Registration requirements. Disclosure of stockholders and compliance with the New Jersey "Pay-To-Play" Law are also required. The Borough of Woodlynne reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and make awards in the best interest of the Borough.
