Remodeling of a municipal facility in Saint Charles, Missouri. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
As of March 27, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. St. Charles County is accepting bids for IFB 26-047 Circuit Court First and Fifth Floor Remodel. Bid specifications may be obtained on the Internet. One signed original and one signed copy of the bid must be received in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the bid number and the date and time of the bid opening in the lower left corner of the envelope. Bids must be submitted prior to the bid opening to the St. Charles County Finance Department at the specified address. St. Charles County has the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the specified location. Annual Wage Order #32, as of June 26, 2025, will be in effect for this project.
