As of April 10, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The work consists of furnishing equipment, materials, fuel, labor, and all other incidental items needed to perform Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) Replacement at the Elm Point Water Treatment Plant. The contractor is responsible for procuring and installing two (2) automatic transfer switches in accordance with the provided technical specification. The contractor shall submit all required information for review and approval prior to ordering equipment and verify that the replacement switches will fit within the existing space. The existing equipment pad must be utilized unless extension is necessary due to size limitations, in which case the contractor is responsible for extending the pad, revising enclosure anchorage, and relocating any existing equipment in conflict, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes. Appropriate traffic-control signs must be used when working within any street right-of-way, and reasonable care should be taken around people and property. Any accidents are to be reported to the appropriate City staff as soon as possible. The bidder must provide supervision of all work crews at all times and ensure personnel present a well-kept appearance during work activities.
