Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Saint Charles, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a laboratory facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

St. Charles County is accepting bids for RFQ 26-052 Police Crime Lab Expansion Addition. Bid specifications may be obtained online. Bidders must submit one signed original and one signed copy of the bid in a sealed envelope marked with the title, date, and time of the bid opening in the lower left corner. Bids must be submitted to the St. Charles County Finance Department. St. Charles County reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids. Annual Wage Order #32 as of June 26, 2025 shall be in effect for this project.
