The Village of Mahomet is seeking proposals from planning and design consultants to provide professional services associated with development of a Comprehensive Plan update for the Village of Mahomet and its planning area. The purpose of the planning process and resulting plan document is to provide guidance for the future of Mahomet over the next 20 years. The Village will accept sealed proposals. Proposals may be delivered in person or submitted via mail using a trackable delivery service. All questions shall be submitted in written form via email to the designated Village Planner. No questions shall be forwarded to any other Village representative during the solicitation period, unless otherwise permitted. Any and all costs associated with the preparation and response to this request are the sole responsibility of the person or firm responding. Proposals will be reviewed by a Village evaluation team, with top candidates invited to an interview, with a recommendation ultimately forwarded to and approved by the Mahomet Board of Trustees. The Village of Mahomet reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal based on the best interest of the Village.
