Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Symmes, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Sealed proposals are requested for a road project involving 7,000 linear feet of curb replacement and 21 catch basin replacements. Bidders must use the printed forms provided. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any part of the bids, and to award bids either partially or in whole. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best possible bidder. Curb and Catch basin replacement (6,979 If/curbs): Heritage Drive, Timberlake Drive, Whisperwoods Lane. (11 double catchbasins /10 singles). Start Date: April 6, 2026 Completion Date: September 30, 2026 Estimated Cost: $395,000.00 Question Deadline 02/24/2026 Contractor shall submit a written request to the Director of Public Works for clarification. Ifthe bidder determines that any estimated quantity set fourth in these specifications is incorrect, the bidder shall notify the Director of Public Works for clarification seventy-two (72) hours prior to Bid Opening. Corporate Surety Company Bond in a sum equal to one hundred percent (100%)
